Can You Benefit From Knowing About Your Past Life?

Ancient people, especially the Japanese, Australian aborigines, Africans, modern Wiccans and many other New Age religions, believed the idea of reincarnation. This is about the thought that all people had past life and the person you are now and the behavior you have now has everything to do with that particular past life.

Your past life is believed to have been influencing your health, your mental well being, and your social interactions at this present life. And because of this, it will be better for you if you will be able to make yourself stronger and better now by knowing your past life, whether what you were before or settling what you haven’t settled before.

How do we know if we have had past lives or not? Most of us cant but our dreams and visions which are not connected to this life can tell that we do. Reiencarnation believers feel that all souls have a past life (though some feel that there seem to be some new souls added seeing the increased population).There are other signs of having a past life like:

* You may be fascinated or strongly attracted to a culture which you have had no exposure to and which does not feature anywhere in your present life. For example if you are unreasonably attracted to the Mesopotamian era and fascinated by the art in that period then there may be a possibility that you have a connection with that place. Try to learn more about the culture to know specifically what attracts you. If you can narrow down the time period then you may get a good hint.

* Odd or strange reaction whenever you see a particular historical structure or whenever you hear a certain part of the history but when it comes to other historical incidents you do not react at all. This could be because you were once a part of that incident in your past life.

* Fears which are irrational and not connected to your present life childhood. Allergies, psychological problems which don?t have a cause in the present life time may have a link in the past.

This is of course, not an extensive list. Having such indicators does not mean that you are actually remembering a past life. Observe the patterns of your life, the range of things that you find attractive for some reason. You may be able to tune into some of the likenesses that can aid you in piecing the idea of what your past life or lives may have been like to live.

If you really want to uncover the mysteries of your past life there are different possible ways that you can do. Try the assistance of hypnotism. The philosophy of Karma says that when we are good examples in one life, while being committed to positive and kindly acts offer us good karma. As a result, for good, we receive good vibrations in our future lives, unless we become bad examples. If this happen, then our personal Karma changes and negative vibrations follow us throughout our future lives, until we suffer from them and then commit to becoming a good example in our own lifetime.

On the other hand, many people feel that no body is really bad and no one needs to suffer for something that he has done in a past life and doesn?t remember. Each new life is a new chance to make new choices. Once you know that there was something that was not good in your past life then you need to let that memory go and forgive yourself and all others involved. This will help you to become free of the past and have a great life.
