Ninety percent of our brains are unused by humans. What that part of the brain is for remains undiscovered. The remaining ten percent is used to function in daily life.
We all have the power within us to transfer our thoughts to others without using anything other than the brain. This ability is present at birth.
We are taught from birth to not pursue our natural ability to send and receive telepathic messages. It would more than likely be considered “weird” or a sign of a mental problem if we did recognize this ability.
We push our natural abilities aside, but it still crops up sometimes when we somehow know who is calling when the phone rings or what someone is going to say before they say it.
Are we being warned about events that are soon to happen by a superior being or are we receiving these signals from others when they are thinking about us?
There are many instances in our daily lives where we communicate with other people on a subconscious level. But did you know you it is possible to train your mind to communicate consciously as well?
Mental telepathy is a talent we are all born with. The fact is most people never consciously use it therefore our natural ability to communicate with our mind is never developed. As a result most people never learn or even realize they have this power. In fact many believe they have this power is but do not know how to make it work for them.
It’s been scientifically proven that our thoughts have a frequency, much like radio waves, and they can be measured. If you can learn to harness the frequency of your thoughts and direct them where you want, then you’ll begin to learn how to communicate using your mind alone.
Ways to develop your telepathic powers
*A trance like state – When you get into a trance like state and become very relaxed, you will be able to send and receive messages at will. It is somewhat like being hypnotized, your mind will be open and receptive to communication.
If you’re working on your telepathic ability alone then spend some time learning how to bring yourself into a trance state.
*Learn to focus – Find a place where you will not be disturbed, relax your mind and body. Picture the one you want to communicate with mentally. Send the message and assure yourself they are getting it. Don’t make it a command just tell the person you would like to hear from them and think pleasing thoughts about them.
*Believe – You have to believe in what you are doing and have an open mind about it. As you grow your telepathic ability, always believe the person will get the message.
*Stop the exercise – Snap yourself out of your dreamy state and go about your daily routine. This is an important part of the whole process.
When you let go of the positive impressions the person you were trying to contact should feel that any thoughts about you will be missing and the urge to contact you to re-establish that communication should be strong. Don’t be surprised if the person you were reaching out to calls you soon.
If you’re practicing alone, this technique can be a great way to learn to focus your mind and your innate telepathic ability. There are equally powerful ways to learn to focus using two people.
A quick way to practice with two people.
*One Sends and One Receives – Determine who wants to be the sender and who will be the receiver. We will start with you being the sender.
The receiver should have a pad and pen ready to jot down any impressions he might receive. If the sender is focusing on a simple object, the receiver might feel as though he’s making things up at first, but insist that all impressions and thoughts are written down for later comparison.
*Visualization – The person sending should pre-arrange some clear, simple images that are easy to pick up. Choose items that most people know easily, like red apples, yellow bananas or a white moon. These are concise simple images to project and maintain your focus.
*Transmission – Lie back and focus on connecting with your receiver. Imagine the two of you are connected and thoughts are flowing through a wire or cord back and forth. You can visualize this in a way that works for you as long as it represents a connection.
Visually place the object you want to send on or in the line you have visualized and then send it. Follow it all the way to your receiver and picture it clearly as you watch it going to its destination.
Visualizing is a very effective way to send messages telepathicly.
*Stop Sending – As soon as you are confident your message has been received, stop sending, hang up, clear your mind of it. This is very important because your sender will then realize the transmission did come in.This also allows the receiver an opportunity to record the image he or she received.
*Receiver – As with the sender, the receiver needs to relax and be as receptive as possible. He or she should also keep their mind open and record anything they perceive. He or she also needs to have good focus and a desire to see messages.
All humans will experience flashes and images in their mind’s-eye when their thoughts are still. Your receiver will at first believe he’s making things up, but it’s important to still record any impressions.
*Results – When your telepathic training session is complete, compare notes of what images were sent and what images were received. You should see that even untrained minds will be able to pick up vague images and even though you won’t get 100% of them right on the first try, there will be a few that match up.
These results can be improved with practice.
